We’re at the London Vet Show 2019!

The VCMS is proud to be attending the London Vet Show 2019. Taking place on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th of November at the ExCel Centre London, the event will bring together key figures within the UK veterinary industry.

In association with the Royal Veterinary College and the British Veterinary Association the two day conference-led exhibition offers world class CPD and access to Europe’s largest veterinary exhibition of over 450 leading suppliers.

With seven clinical streams, a business stream, sponsor-led workshops and association rooms; the conference programme is a great opportunity to listen to and interact with some of the leading thinkers, visionaries and practitioners in the industry.

Stand G82 will be the home of the VCMS where you will have the chance to meet our team and learn about what we do and how we do it.

The VCMS provides an impartial mediation service, focusing on resolution and learning, to both clients and practitioners. With an 85% resolution rate and over 5,000 referrals since we launched, the VCMS is here to share what we hear and learn from complaint mediations.

The London Vet Show offers us the chance to talk to vet professionals about what causes complaints, why they escalate and how we can approach complaints to best learn from them and resolve locally.

On behalf of Jennie and all of the team at VCMS, we wish all attendees a great conference and look forward to meeting you.

What’s more, on Friday at 3.15pm, Jennie Jones, Head of the VCMS, will be delivering a workshop session giving context and advice around what we do.
